We partner in a trusting, respectful, confidential relationship where I support  and inspire you to build on your strengths and grow by thinking in new ways, experimenting with new behaviors, and gaining new perspectives and skills.  Meetings can be in person, by telephone, or via Skype.  Clients served are in the greater Philadelphia area, throughout the United States, and around the globe.

Coaching Process - Framework

Phase 1: Assess:

   · Gather and analyze individual and organizational data. Methods include leadership and personality assessments, structured interviews with key stakeholders, and internal data chosen by the client.

   · Meet to analyze the data, then prioritize strengths and opportunities within the client’s organizational culture, policies, and challenges.

 Phase 2: Aim:

   · Collaborate to create a customized, targeted Leadership Development Action Plan with specific goals, objectives, time frames, linkages to organizational and work group results.

   · Manager Alignment Discussion: to confirm that the Action Plan aligns with organizational goals, and ensure manager buy-in and support.

Phase 3: Act:

   · Dynamic coaching to successfully implement the Action Plan and desired outcomes.

   · Observe the client in actual situations, and provide real-time feedback.

Phase 4: Achieve:

   · Periodically assess progress and, where appropriate, recommend modifications.

   · Near the conclusion of coaching, conduct a survey to measure targeted behavioral changes.

   · At the conclusion, meet with the client and manager to review the Action Plan, discuss progress and how to sustain results.
