Leading Impact has helped all types of teams succeed - executive teams, cross-functional, cross-cultural, global and virtual teams - in many organizations and industries. Meetings are held in person, via conference call, and by Skype.
Leading Impact’s team transformation process involves four phases. The hallmark of this process is talking with the client to understand current team strengths and opportunities, then developing creative, custom solutions that empower team members with skills and perspectives that improve trust, communications, decision-making, conflict management, and accountability for results.
Phase 1: Assess:
· Gather and analyze team and individual team member data including:
- Structured interviews with team members and other key stakeholders;
- Internal data chosen by the client;
- Onsite observation of team functioning.
· Create report with summary of findings (strengths and opportunities) and recommendations to improve team dynamics.
· Meet with the team to review the report and gain buy-in for recommendations.
Phase 2: Aim:
· Partner to craft a custom Team Development Action Plan with specific goals, action items, time frames, and linkages to organizational and work group objectives.
Phase 3: Act
· Deploy best practices including dynamic coaching, facilitation, and learning strategies to empower the team to successfully implement the Action Plan.
Phase 4: Achieve:
· Periodically meet with the team to discuss progress and, where appropriate, recommend modifications.
· Near the end of the process, conduct a survey to assess targeted behavioral changes.
